We re-open on Tuesday 22nd April at 8.30am with online triage forms available from 8.00am. 

For urgent advice please contact 111 or  for medical emergencies please attend A&E at either the Northerm General Hospital or Sheffield Children's Hospital.

Please note that the Sheffield City NHS Walk- In Centre on Broad Lane will be open 8am - 10pm daily over the bank holiday weekend.

Welcome to Foxhill Medical Centre. We accept patients within or moving into the catchment area who do not have the services of a local GP.

Please ask at reception for details of the practice boundary before registering.

If we are unable to register you with the practice you will be given a clear explanation.
